The Bangladesh Army Aviation has officially taken charge of six Bayraktar TB2 Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), marking a significant step in enhancing the country’s military capabilities.
An additional six Bayraktar TB2 units are expected to be delivered soon, further strengthening the army’s presence in the rapidly evolving field of unmanned aerial systems.
The drones will not be publicly displayed in the near future, as Bangladesh has canceled its annual military parade, typically held on December 16, due to the upcoming general elections scheduled for January 7, 2024.
