ASELSAN has introduced its cutting-edge GÖKSUR 100-N missile defense system at EURONAVAL 2024, showcasing a highly advanced solution for naval defense. Featuring the GÖKSUR IIR infrared-guided missile, initially developed for air-to-air engagements, the system is now optimized for maritime use, providing 360-degree target engagement and rapid deployment in challenging sea conditions.
The GÖKSUR 100-N is equipped with a stabilized turret and an AI-enhanced fire control system, enabling fast response times, simultaneous engagements, and improved missile accuracy against anti-ship threats. This system offers naval vessels increased flexibility with greater missile capacity and enhanced situational awareness.
ASELSAN also displayed other GÖKSUR variants, including the GÖKSUR 100-N VLS (Vertical Launcher System) and the stand-alone turret version, GÖKSUR 100-N/StA. These modular configurations provide customizable defense solutions for various naval platforms.
At EURONAVAL 2024, ASELSAN’s exhibit also includes advanced technologies in electronic warfare, underwater capabilities, and autonomous vehicles, reinforcing its commitment to advancing Turkey’s defense industry on the global stage.
EURONAVAL 2024, held in Paris from November 4 to 7, serves as a key platform for showcasing the latest innovations in naval defense, and ASELSAN’s GÖKSUR 100-N exemplifies its continued leadership in the field.
